Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location, great price, friendly and efficient staff, quiet room recently refurbished, including a wall fan on a hot weekend! Pleasant well run dining room with an adequate continental breakfast. Would stay there again.

Liked: Very very poor not proper breakfast
Disliked: Stears very high no lift to carry the baggage on 2nd floor washroom very small and room is hot fan is not on ceiling wall fan not giving air to you

Not a bad place at...

Liked: Great location, I was put in an adjacent property (no. 94) which was fine, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, great shower, TV working fine, good value for central London and staff courteous and helpful
Disliked: Floor needed a good vacuum/a deep clean would make a big difference, no shampoo/shower gel (just those small soaps), no fan in room was stuffy in this hot weather

Very disappointed but staff was...

Liked: Nothing outside having a cigarette and there was girls working on the corner who also asked me if a was looking for fun
Disliked: The reception was not in the same building and was told to walk half way up street to get to my room
