Exceptional

Liked: The location was just what we needed, the receptionist was friendly, the room was clean, there was a kettle with sugar, coffee, milk and tea in the room, and excellent free wifi. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We didn't have shampoo in the bathroom. It would be nice if there were fruit for breakfast

Disliked: The car park was small and limiting.

Could have paid less for...

Liked: The location is very good. Not very far from the Paddington Station. Since there were no lift in the property and we had too much luggages and had a toddler with us, we were given a ground floor room. Managed to even check in before 1400 because the room was all ready.
Disliked: Pillows were not very comfortable. The shower was flooded. Hallways were very narrow, hard to walk with luggages. Tight spaces between doors. Reception at check in said breakfast was served from 0715-1000. Came there at 0910 dining was almost cleared out (no milk, no bread, no coffee) and staff said breakfast was only till 0915. But still, they have cleared out before 0915, probably clearing out since 0900.

Very poor

Liked: Liked the fact we got a room even though it wasn't whst we booked and the receptionist was rude and unapologetic. If I could've got a refund I would've.
Disliked: Dusty room, not a 2 doubles like I ordered as my daughter has medical reasons to be close to her parent. 3 flights of stairs to carry pushchair up. The 'breakfast' was pathetic I've had better in blackpool that was cheaper. (it was stale cereal half baked toast and no options for fry up or full English breakfast, I'd expect better from an 'English' hotel.Save yourself the trouble and hash out the extra 100 for a decent place! I wish I had!

Liked: It’s central and easy to walk around during the day. They have a kettle and that helps with coffee and tea in the evening. The breakfast was substantial, though dried fruit portions would have improved it.
Disliked: The room was in a different building and 4-5 floors up. I don’t like carpet floors either. It was small. In the evening, the outside area was quite gloomy.
