Quiet location ..., great rooms...

Liked: A nice quiet location away from heavy tourism traffic, Sesuit Harbor House was perfect for our family (three couples, three kids -15,11, 10).It was fall, and we took full advantage of the beautiful fire pit under the stars. Another couple came out and spent a few hours chatting and enjoying this wonderful sanctuary with us after a long day of shopping, dining, and beach strolling.All three rooms we stayed in were immaculate with nice little touches to make us feel special. It was a home away from home.The kids loved visiting the goats and the pool looked like it would be a nice respite during the hot summer months.The restaurant across the street serves a good, hearty breakfast but get there early. It is popular!Highly recommend this location!
Disliked: Nothing. This is a really nice choice for visiting Cape Cod.

Liked: Sesuit House suited my needs. I was just on the Cape to celebrate my niece's 50th birthday, so I just needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I LOVED having the bottle of water and the bucket of ice; I was extra thirsty after being out in the sun all day. A couple of things barely worth mentioning: The sink did not drain very well.The caulking between the tub and the floor was unsightly.The little creamer cups for coffee must have been out of date; I wound up with curdles in my coffee.On the whole, the outside of the place looked like it could benefit from a fresh coat of paint...not all white.But would I stay here again? Yes!

A great motel, good location,...

Liked: General location, helpful and friendly staff, really nice pool which was spotlessly clean.
Disliked: They served a really nice light breakfast in a picnic basket, perfect to start the day, however they only do it over the main summer months and it ended the first week in September so during our 4 night stay we only had it once.

Was there to attend some...

Liked: No breakfast. cause it was after Labor Day and therefore wasn't offered. It was stopped the weekend b4 I arrived...but the recommended place across the street was perfect! The contactless check in was very slick!... Hence, I never met a staff person so do couldn't comment on the staff question above. Despite my below comments on a few issues., they didn't significantly detract from the overall care that was taken to make one comfortable and welcome. Nice welcome note from the owner, nice water set up and ice provided, chocolates left bedside. all added to the upside ;o)
Disliked: Little counter space directly in the bathroom. Tho a shelf and mirror was provided on a wall in the room it was awkward to keep running back and forth to bathroom to wash hands when do make up or needing water for hair. Also, there as only one plug outlet below the mirror. W/phones, hair dryers, hot comb, hearing aids, shaving equipment, etc. more accessible plugs would have been useful. Also, the bottom outlet of the one plug didn't seem to be working.

Liked: Pool, fire pit, breakfast.
Disliked: Full sized bed was not as comfortable as hoped it would be.

We felt relaxed and happy...

Liked: Slept in so didn't take breakfast. The room was immaculate. We were happy to be facing the pool area. The grounds were beautiful andwell-kept. We loved checking out the goats! We were happy to be so close to the beaches and Scargo restaurant right up the street.
Disliked: We had no concerns.

Liked: Amenities were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room was small for three people. Breakfast was ok but a bit more variety would have been nice.
