Liked: Central location. As we traveled around south wales the location was perfect for us. Definitely will recommend this place for friends and family
Disliked: Lack on fridge in the room and we had to ask for additional toilet rolls as there were not enough stock for 3 days and 4 people in the room.

Disliked: Loud Noise disturbance during the night around 11 o clock woke me up i rang night porter he said he would deal with, then housekeeping banging door near my room around midnight shouting housekeeping, then woke around 9 am.with housekeeping checking rooms knocking shouting shouting housekeeping. I had to book another night due to these issues i suffer with a health condition that's worsened with lack of sleep . The next morning I called the main reception to make a complaint spoke to manager who spoke to me like dirt , very un professional and un emplogetic as good as called me a liar ( there's cctc in Arras affected)and declined to give me her name , later she was identified as Sam by another member of staff. I'm making a complaint to head office about this stay. I stay here regularly due to location I would urge anyone who's had problems with the rooms or customer service to contact head office. Its such a shame this has happened but I hope my feedback will help this company rectify there problems and improve guests stay in future. I left for lunch around 1 this afternoon and noticed the bin overflowing by hotel door I will continue to stay here due to location however will be documenting any problems I have with head office as a lot of them are preventable and some staff members really let this place down., on the other hand there are some staff that are amazing
