I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied...

Disliked: I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was a nightmare! It reeked of strong cigarette smoke, which made it difficult for my kids to breathe. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches everywhere - I have photos to prove it! The walls and areas were filthy, and it was clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time.But that's not all - the TV kept shutting off, and we couldn't even enjoy some downtime after a long day. The overall experience was appalling, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take serious action to address these issues and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for their guests

Clam and relaxing place to...

Liked: I got a super great price and really only used the room to sleep and shower since I was in Orlando for a 3 day course but felt safe and was happy with my stay.

Fucking hell

Liked: Only that it was close to old town.
Disliked: Where to start…upon arrival I checked into the first room and when I turned on the light, cockroaches scattered everywhere. (And I do mean cockroaches, NOT palmetto bugs or wood roach) They changed us to a second room where it didn’t have enough sleeping room for the family. When I told them about that, they were changing us rooms when a pedophile kept looking at my 6 year old daughter and was trying to start a fight with my 14 year old son and I had to call security. They never did anything about the guy and I still seen him there thru our stay! The third room they changed us to, and the room we stayed in, had black mold under the sinks and blood spattered on the wall in front of the toilet not to mention the door didn’t latch shut. On the last night staying at this property, kids and I had to go to the bathroom and it took the other adult (whose name is on the reservation too) almost an hour to get a new key when the door finally decided to latch and 3 of us ended up peeing ourselves…this place was the biggest joke ever. The only thing it has going for it is how close to old town it is.
