Liked: Stayed for 5 weeks at PH and had a lovely experience.It's very close to Birmingham Snow Hill so it makes it super easy to commute to Moor Street and City Center.The premises are clean, all staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall great value for money.

Liked: Good location, comfy large bed
Disliked: The lights didn’t work in the bedroom or the bathroom, did report this but had to use the lamps and phone torches In the bathroom.
