Disliked: The TV didn't work, they changed our room and the TV didn't work again. They changed us again and left my son's milk in the first room they gave us. When my husband went to tell the receptionist, he rudely told him, "What would we do if there was another person already in that first room and we couldn't get my son's milk back?" We were only staying for an emergency and we had been paying there for two nights and we had nowhere to sleep those nights. And to top it all off, they doubled our payment for the first night and we're still waiting for the credit.
