Great introduction to Sedona and...

Liked: Desk service afternoon and evening we arrived was way above exceptional. We received much assistance helping us resolve a car problem and helping us get towed to the motel right after we arrived in Sedona. Very thoughtful--stayed at the desk till 9:30 and we were in our rooms. A lovely lady. Gave us a very good map/itinerary to follow the night before she left. Daytime desk attendant very courteous and ready to answer questions--our first trip to Sedona. What could have been 4 days of headache became a positive memorable experience. We will definitely be back there.

Disliked: Dirty, tired room and not enough bath soap for 3 people for 2 nights, very thin walls, signs/smells of water damage.

Perfect hospital place

Liked: Loved it and will stay again. With hiking so much even an above ground hot tub spa would be a great addition.
