Very enjoyable over all.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, and facilities (outdoor and indoor pools, several spas) were all exceptional. I loved that we could wash our clothes, especially after hiking in the rain
Disliked: We had a noisy heating vent above the fireplace and one lightbulb was burned out in the upstairs/master bathroom.

West Sedona, the stay was...

Liked: The check-in was wonderful. The villa was perfectly clean and quiet. Well-appointed and amenities were little things were very thought out. Very nice balcony, patios and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom
Disliked: Coffee policy's was one bag allowance daily at the front desk. If you are staying for more than 1 night, you should be given the allotment for the entire stay at check-in. They need a coffee station in the front lobby. The area was very quiet and pleasant until the joining unit "P" was occupied with loud people laughing and talking. One night, thankfully! A rap on the joining door quieted them down! No conversations were needed.
