Not worth the money 😞

Liked: The beds were comfortable, great location. Decor was pleasant.
Disliked: It was VERY expensive for a basic motel. There was no drinking water in the room. A basic necessary. They were charging $1.50 for bottled water at reception. When you spend a lot of money on a room it would be nice to have a bottle of filtered water in the room! What was most annoying was we booked a room for 6 people, 2 families arriving in 2 cars from different places, we were charged $30 to park an extra car! I think this is ridiculous after we paid $600 for one night for 5 of us in a basic 6 person room including a dog fee. There was lots of space for cars to park as they also have a carpark out the back so it was not an issue and totally unecessary to charge us. I queried this and they said to speak to the manager the next day. No manager on site and when I emailed about this I was told that the $30 was non Refundable as this was there policy even though the room capacity is for 6 people! I think this was bad customer service and feels like the owner is sadly trying to make more money from guests. You should review your policy on this as you charge more for larger rooms, more people = more than one car!
