Will definitely be back.

Liked: Perfect location, free parking, lovely, friendly staff, our room was a good size and the view was outstanding, great entertainment in the night, and a tasty breakfast in the morning, nothing was to much for the staff, they were all really helpful and kind, and Porthcawl town was a 5mins walk away.
Disliked: I couldn't shower at 7am, because the water pressure was so low, it got stronger as the day went on, but i couldn't have a morning shower, maybe add some sweet pastries to the breakfast menu.

Liked: Room 108 was very good.However there was no lock on the bathroom door and the main door was difficult to open due to new carpet.Location and view were exceptional.Breakfast was okay but needed to be hotter.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very hot.
