Very good

Liked: Stayed here with my boys for spring break, the location was nice, didn't have aby problems with my room. The staff was helpful, this will be my go to spot.
Disliked: No problems,

Office Staff Needs to Be...

Liked: The location and the view from our room were great!
Disliked: The staff was VERY rude. The man working the night shift was a complete jerk when I asked him about our room. He had just walked in with a food pick-up order and acted as though we were bothering him whilst trying to check in after an 8 hour drive. The new lady that was training did great. She was very nice.On Saturday morning, we were trying to leave out to spend the day with my sister, who had been there for a week already and had just checked out of the Patricia Grand right up the road. They were going to the Boardwalk with us to ride some rides before they headed back home. I sent my sister to get a "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door, and they told her that I either had to have my room cleaned or I couldn't get any fresh towels. That was a debacle all in itself. But it wasn't the worst part. They wanted to know why I didn't want house-keeping in our room & proceeded to question my sister about why she was at our hotel if she was staying somewhere else. She was doing me a favor while I was finishing up getting ready to go out. They were being so rude and weird about me not wanting my room cleaned, and then it hit me! They were actually accusing us of hiding 2 extra guests in our hotel room. Room 624 with a king bed, btw. The older lady, in particular, was almost interrogating my little sister, trying to discern whether or not she was also staying in our room. She was asking very inappropriate questions concerning what we had in our room & why we wanted a "Do Not Disturb" sign. I then approached the two ladies and let them know that I understood why they might have their suspicions. It was a disgusting experience. Plus, I assure you my sister and her husband had a MUCH nicer hotel room at the Patricia Grand, anyway. And they were able to bring their dog!The cleaning lady was a sweetheart. I even invited her to scope out the room.

Liked: The location was great!! The staff was nice. There was no iron/ironing board but Ms Kathy loaned me hers.
Disliked: It didn't have an iron nor ironing board. The couch in the family room needs cleaning or updated,had to cover it up to sit on it., room had an old musty smell when heat was turned on but nothing we couldn't cover. The indoor pool/hot tub in my building was not heated as stated BUT overall it was a decent stay
