Skip it, stay somewhere else.

Liked: Has the stench of a 1980’s bar, smoking in the room makes it stink. Worse part is that it gets into your hair and clothes and you stink too. Rooms are in shocking condition as they’ve not been maintained since they were done back in the 80’s. The photos look good but they must have been taken when the place was new. Don’t be tricked by the price, yes, it’s the same as anywhere else, it’s not worth it.
Disliked: Location

Great.. too overlooking the skyline...

Disliked: Car parking is horrible, First come, first serve basis. We checked late so we had to park on basement carpark that is so narrow.

Fantastic location to stay in...

Liked: Really great location, nice and central. The space itself was perfect for us and the beds were perfect for after the Milford Track!
Disliked: Nothing!

Beautiful Queenstown

Liked: Size of the suite was excellent. Loved having a washing machine and kitchen. Was lovely and quiet.
Disliked: Room was a distance from reception. So not ideal for solo female traveller. When I rang reception a couple of times staff struggled to understand me. They did come fix my door and continuously flushing loo which was great.
