Liked: Lovely greeting on arrival by reception staff. Very clean and comfy beds. Nice quiet room, bonus of free wi fi too!
Disliked: Maybe a later checkout time so we could enjoy a longer lie in. It’s very tiring with all the sightseeing and shopping!

Nice break although we did...

Liked: It was nice having the sofa and chairs to watch the tv.The view out the window was very nice.The spa bath was lovely. Breakfast was lovely too.
Disliked: The room was very dated.We could hear the outside clock chiming all night resulting in a sleepless night.

As usual a great experience

Liked: Absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel as per usual. Staff are nice, there absolutely cracking individuals who do fantastically well for their guests. I pick this hotel because it is centralised and a walk away from the amenities. Yep I think I will always come here and to southport in general. I holidayed in spain forYears but I'm sort of happy now taking a short trip up the railway line to southport, seaside hols are my niche, I just love them. Breakfast was great this morning aswell, just what I needed to set me up for doing up my garden.
Disliked: Nothing. No complaints.

Disliked: Size of room location of room exsseive corridor house slamming fire doors 1 was ajecnt to room dirty fan hard bed cheap poor size tv didn't work had to leave early because of all above would not recommend

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was fine, and the room was comfortable, the bed was pushed up against a wall, which I don't like but that is personal preference.
Disliked: The issue was the music, the club underneath was so loud that it kept me awake till about 4.30.I guess if your going to use the club that's great, but if your booking a hotel for somewhere to sleep it's not ideal, there was no chair in the room due to the size after 2 hours sleep, I woke to go the loo, I had to crawl down the bed to get out while my partner was sleep and then got dressed and went to sit in the foyer area for a couple of hours so I wouldn't disturb my partner. I would say that the room would be more suited as a single room.
