Liked: We liked the staff and actual hotel just the lack of communication between staff/trainee staff??? Mistakes was made

Liked: We have had a lovely mini break at Scarisbrick Hotel in Southport, the location is excellent, the Room was clean comfortable tea coffee making facilities the decor of our room was fresh and clean 😊😊

Disliked: Had to book for food in sister hotel ver dated was very cold been going to scaresbrick for years and always happy with everything i havent been for about 10 years and was so disapointed feels run down no atmosphere decor needs upgrading and the flags outside lis drab and dirty😩
