Disappointing

Unsatisfying experience.

Disliked: The same rooms are used as family rooms and as rooms for handicapped people. As a result, the beds are designed for handicapped people, and there was a special light blinking under the bed all night. We were told it's for handicap-safety reasons, but it is extremely annoying having light blinking all night. The beds were not comfortable either. And in general there was a bit of a feeling of staying in a hospital rather than a hotel. We booked the room for 5 people, but got only 4 beds when we moved in and had to wait until 21:00 until we got the fifth bed. Also got 4 sets of towels instead of 5. Our friends stayed in a neighboring room and their toilet was clogged yet before they entered, so they had to relocate. Our toilet got clogged too.

Great Stay with a fabulous...

Liked: The breakfast spread was spectacular with a wide variety of options and even a few Norwegian specialties. The F&B staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The FO staff were great too.
Disliked: The room could do with an upgrade and it wasn't that clean on arrival. There was hair from previous Guests all over the floors
