Liked: The crew was very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. Our only issue was the towels, they were very rough and felt uncomfortable.

Liked: The hotel is located very centrally and is close to a large host of restaurants and cafes. It is also only a short 5 minute walk from Central Station, which is perfect if you're travelling to and fro Malmo. Our booking came with breakfast included. This was provided in a buffet style at the hotel restaurant and had a good variety of assortments, coffee and juices.
Disliked: There wasn't any water or kettle provided in the rooms, but you could purchase water bottles or juices in the hotel lobby.

Great staff and location, facilities...

Liked: The breakfast and placement of the hotel is wonderful. The staff is amazing and is close to the best hotel staff I've met throughout my life, so that is a big plus!
Disliked: The beds are not very comfortable, beds are separated, very annoying to sleep on. Both visits the bathrooms been bad, broken showerheads or broken heating. No room fridge. Our room was also extremely dusty for some reason.
