Very good

Liked: Hotel was in a great location close to the central train station and the main shopping area. The room was so spacious and offered great value as a result for a group of 3 but it could comfortably take a fourth. The staff were very friendly and we were shocked to find our towels replaced daily which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a broad selection of options and everything was very tasty

Excellent location with an upscale...

Liked: Room was nice with room for separate desk and chair in addition to seating area (one chair). Bathroom was spacious and included breakfast had everything I needed.
Disliked: Bathroom shower/tub had a leak which created a small puddle that had to be contained with a towel. Discovered that desk chairs being moved on the floor created a loud shuddering sound which was the cause of a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.

It was ok

Liked: Staff were nice and helpful. Everywhere looked clean.
Disliked: The room I had on the 4th floor was a bit cold, with a cold hard floor (no carpet)! Could feel a cold draft in the bathroom. Shower was tricky to get to the right temperature and well substandard. Only a small selection of beers at the bar.I did expect a higher standard given its ratings...

Liked: Great location, we had two rooms - nice size rooms, breakfast was included. Friendly staff which made for a perfect stay

Great bed, cold sauna.

Liked: The bed
Disliked: I selected this hotel for the sauna. But when I’ve been there it was 25 degrés. So not really what it is supposed to be. It’s a pity. Maybe I was not lucky.

We like your city.. and...

Liked: The room size, the lokation , the breakfast.
Disliked: The personal could be more interested- some more action..the walls in the restaurant t need to be painted .. a lot of coffee spots and others stoff.. not nice..and the sauna could need a male over - nice that the space are there ..
