Exceptional

The Marriott in Santa Clara...

Liked: We attended a concert and they hotel join in the fan of the Morgan Wallen concert. This made it fun for the guests.
Disliked: The cleanliness, the location is excellent. Walking distance to Levi Stadium.

Ruined our day . Wanted...

Liked: Love the location, was able to walk to Levi stadium for the concert .
Disliked: We ordered food and drinks , first of all the Margaritas we ordered were so sour, they were undrinkable . When we asked for different drinks we got dirty looks and bad attitudes. We ordered food soon after and after waiting over an hour and noticing people that sat a lot later than us get their food , we asked a manager if something went wrong with our order . She replied with it’s a busy day so it’s taking longer without checking . After another half hour we asked someone else and they scrambled around looking for our order . Clearly it was never put in . We complained but they didn’t care at all . We usually stay here for the Niner games and have never had a problem . We will be staying at the Hyatt down the street from now on .
