Liked: Location, heated pool, lift for second floor access.
Disliked: the fridge had a glass door and the internal lights illuminated the whole room. Coffee was available at the reception.

Fantastic location near to beaches...

Liked: I loved having a balcony with table and chairs, the proximity to the beach, quiet side streets to walk and run along, and close access to local restaurants in Bird Rock.
Disliked: The loud motorcycles and cars that sometimes go through the intersection deterred me from sleeping with the balcony door open. My room had a slight mildew odor which I told the front desk about upon departure, and they promptly followed up with deep cleaning instructions to their staff.I wish my room had a tea/coffee maker in it. The reception area had tea and coffee but since my room was on the third floor of the opposite side of the building it wasn't convenient first thing in the morning. I was able to heat water using a microwave oven that was located in a protected common space on the third floor.
