Very comfortable one night stay...

Liked: Only hotel I’ve ever stayed that they provided makeup remover towelettes. Thank you!Nicely remodeled property. $25 pet fee very reasonable
Disliked: Wish they had one flat pillow. All pillows were very puffy; hard in my old neck

Disliked: The room was a honeymoon suite and smelled like a honeymoon suite it smelled bad we killed a spider the bathroom smelled we had to spray perfume. It was very late we had nowhere else to go

Wonderful city

Liked: We have been a family of 4 and took a bigger room. Breakfast was fine, but there was a water damage in the hall. The pool is nice.

Good Stay

Liked: All good. The facilities (pool, gym and breakfast) were good. For the value I would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: What was bad was the early check-in (before 3 pm) charge of $25 if your room was ready. I have never experienced a charge for arriving early to check in if the room was ready. This needs to be made clear to customers prior to making their reservation. If you should arrive early (before 3 pm) and your room is ready, there will be a $25 charge, if you want to check in. This was never mentioned or made clear when I made my reservation. If I had known to prior to my making a reservation, I may have looked at another hotel. This needs to be address by Sands' managment.
