Liked: We loved the location, the restaurant on site was the best meal we had this trip. The quick walk to the beach and the hot tub was wonderful. The GM Chase was super helpful and committed. Our kids loved the Easter egg hunt, bocce ball, hot tub. We would definitely stay again!
Disliked: First off, Loved our stay. For a bit of feedback: They seemed understaffed. Their beach area and pool area were not tended too so there were chairs, trash, and towels about. The beach showers and feet washing stations didn’t work. We received turndown service on last day before checkout which didn’t help much as we checked out the next morning. The spa services are super expensive but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The pools aren’t heated and someone had posted a picture of an indoor pool on Google images of the resort which they do not have. We were sad about that. Rooms were small but bathrooms were large.
