Liked: Location is excellent, hotel was clean and well appointed, staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast had very little options for those who should avoid bread or grains (diabetics).

Liked: The location was perfect, really close to Times Square and easy access to other parts of the city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We also had partial view of Times Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was very average, only croissants, bagels and some fruits. I would have appreciated some eggs or other healthier options. We stayed 6 days and the food was the same every single day, no variety at all. As to the room, we couldn’t open the windows but I guess it’s normal in New York.
