Liked: There was no breakfast. As soon as we walked into the room there was a roach and grasshopper in the door way. It didn't smell clean. And the sheets were dirty.

Disliked: Everything. Especially the receptionist was so cruel. She behave such as giving room as free. So unwelcome. I requested to check in early . I’m sure there was a lot empty ready room but she refused . We traveled with train and booked the hotel because walk there from train station . We reached there 130 pm. Outside do hot . She gave direction walk to downtown till room ready . It was horrible . And even she didn’t offer a cup of water to her guest . So horrible
