Absolutely beautiful and the room...
Liked: Staff super nice, beautiful rooms everything clean. Have stayed there several times. Never disappointed at all. The aquatic exercise was awesome and fun for everyone along with the bingo by the pool bar! All the staff super friendly and very helpful, along with the gentlemen helping on the beach area to accommodate with the umbrellas, chairs and towels.
Disliked: The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was that we were given a handicapped room, which was fine however I feel they need a flat drain between the floor and the bath surface. Because water kept wetting the floor every time we showered and we had to keep putting towels on the floor.

Was nice to visit but...
Liked: Cleanliness, layout and location. The staff around the resort and at the check in desk was attentive, respectful and detailed.
Disliked: If you are Spanish speaking person at the bar, there was a gentleman by the name of Enrique with glasses with an untucked shirt who wouldn’t pay us any mind. This was in the evening of 5/3/25 and 5/4/25 at the main bar in the lobby. The two women, one with long straight hair in a braid and a woman with above shoulder curly hair were extremely nice. The breakfast needs to be upgraded. Coming down to breakfast at 9 AM and the food lacking flavor while costing $100 is absolutely absurd. There are handful of restaurants within the block that offered better quality food.

All in all, the hotel...
Liked: We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, paying $759 per night, and while there were definitely some highlights, there were also a few areas where the experience didn’t quite live up to 4‑star expectations. On the positive side, the location is great with a beautiful beach area, and the gym was very well equipped. Our room was spacious and clean, and all the staff we encountered—from the doormen and bar staff to reception—were genuinely lovely and welcoming.
Disliked: That said, for the price point, we had hoped for a more refined experience. A few details were noticeably missing:•No minibar, or in‑room snack facility.•No slippers with the dressing gowns and no turndown service.•Housekeeping was quite slow and inconsistent.•WiFi was unreliable and didn’t work on the balcony or by the pool.•No bar snacks available, which felt like a missed opportunity.Breakfast was where we felt the biggest gap in value. Each morning we had to queue for a table, despite paying $45 per person (plus tipping). The selection felt limited—mainly waffles, pancakes and omelettes—with no fresh juice options, and gluten‑free choices were limited to packaged cakes and doughnuts. Yoghurts came only in pots, and requests like poached eggs or sparkling water came with additional charges. For the cost, we expected a more varied and premium offering. We did try to raise some of these concerns with the hotel during our stay, but were told they couldn’t help as we’d booked via Booking.com. We also reached out to Booking.com, but unfortunately didn’t hear anything back
