Liked: Proximity to the beach area and mission ocean park. Lively place and the garden outside is an amazing place for the kids to run around

Disliked: Very poor service. Staff rude and unwelcoming, bars not open, room not cleaned - no fresh towels, clean coffee cups glasses etcComplained to manager who was very good but the next day the very same things happened again. Staff would be very happy if they didn’t have to serve guests.
