Zero communication - Terrible
Liked: Due to zero response after 6 attempts of contacting the hotel through booking.com and the hotel themselves, never had an answer on refund money due to having COVID and took money from my account with no communication. DONT STAY HERE! AND STAFF DON?T KNOW WHO TO TRANSFER YOU TO, PLACE IS A JOKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The rooms need a deep...
Liked: The location is good. Middle of the gaslamp.
Disliked: The room is not being cleaned well. Everything is different from the hotel pictures. The room discription mentioned a room with bay view. The bay is being blocked by a building.

Hotel needs serious maintenance
Liked: It was a room
Disliked: When taking a shower the tub would fill up.No amenities in the room.Room was not ready for close to 2 hours after we arrived The price was ridiculously high for what was offered

Liked: Convenient location for attending an event.
Disliked: I booked a king standard room and checked in right at 4pm and told it was sold out. How? This was available when I booked on the site a week in advance. If it was not available, should've shown as unavailable when booking. I hate that.
