Ideally located just off M6 Junction 31 Preston Samlesbury offers accommodations with a fully licensed restaurant separate lounge bar 24-hour room service and fully equipped gym. Behaviour

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: I watched immigrants staying at hotel, using thier hands to get thier breakfast. Not using utensils provided ( food hygiene tongs). They pushed past elderly paying customers and had no manners. The doors in other rooms banged constantly as they wandered from room to room. It was disgusting behaviour. Sadly I wii not use Hotel again. This is no reflection on the staff, who I understand may be afraid to confront them in front of paying customers for fear of being falsely accused of discrimination.

Exceptional

Liked: We were down for an army reunion. And thoroughly enjoyed our stay at you hotel. Your staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them thank you all for making our stay so welcoming. Much appreciated. First class service.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit soft for us oldies, but apart from that it was first class. Thank you.
