Liked: The bathroom was amazing. Cherie, on reception was very warm and welcoming. Check in was very fast.
Disliked: Someone forgot to put a bottle of water in my room.

Comfortable and an ideal location...

Liked: The staff were polite and immediately reacted positively to any concern. Breakfast arrangements were clearly explained and we opted for the free continental breakfast which was ample for our appetite.We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. The same menu was available in the bar but it's noisier, conversation would have been difficult. The restaurant manager was kind enough to arrange a move when a quiet table became available.
Disliked: The room we were first assigned was nothing like the picture on Booking.com There was little room around the bed whereas we had chosen the higher rate for a one with desk and extra seating. It was so disappointing, especially having stayed in the amazing room 12 last time. We complained and were immediately upgraded.On checkout, the bill sounded high and it turn out our payment to booking.com had not been deducted. Again this was soon put right so all was well in the end.
