Liked: Convenient for the Utilita concert. Room was generally clean. Staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Hairs on bathroom tiles, broken window panes. Lack of information. Bar closed before 11pm on Sunday. Cold coffee. Price of breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast not included so can’t comment on that. No milk in room so unable to have morning cuppa. Bin in bathroom hadn’t been emptied. Pillows synthetic and not very comfy.

Disliked: The welcome on arrival, the bed, the disabled wet room, the bedding.

Disliked: The room we were directed to had not been cleaned by housekeeping - reception apologised profusely and we were given a smaller room however also 2 complimentary breakfasts which were amazing.
