Liked: Perfect for a work trip in the Jewellery quarter. Having the bar below was perfect for dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: The room I stayed in was on the front of the hotel above the entrance to the pub. So it’s noisy - bring ear plugs.

Liked: the room was fine
Disliked: key fob wasn't working, even after being replaced with new ones several times... had to get it reset every time i went to the room.. and the receptionist was never available so i had to wait around every time i wanted to enter my room... also the lift wasnt working and the rceptionist checking me in (healthy strong looking man) did not offer to help with my luggage up the stairs... general poor attitude from the staff... i think they're also pissed at management for not fixing things and generally seem to not give a shit about the place... terrible
