Satisfactory but Misleading

Liked: The suite was clean, comfortable and well stocked.The outside was disappointing. Building looked old, pool and beach area was not as big or appealing as picture. "Pool front" room view was blocked by trees and restaurant.

Disliked: Staircases need updating and need to be cleaned, furniture in rooms need to be updated, the floor in my room near the sliders had an indentation in it.

Liked: Damien at the front desk is always so kind. He has great customer service and great energy! He has checked me in a few times. We love this property!! The only negative thing I can say about this property is the slowness of the elevators.
