Liked: Breakfast was lovely staff were friendly
Disliked: We requested 3 single beds and got a king and a single .. however we didn’t take this up with staff

Liked: It was convenient with a car, the rooms felt very clean, although when entering our room the tile floors were quite sticky. There was free water downstairs. The staff that checked us in was very nice, tried his best to ensure all our 3 rooms were on the same floor.
Disliked: The tile floors as we entered the room was quite sticky, one of the staff wasn’t very polite as I asked him about the laundry room, was slightly dismissive and didn’t look at me as I spoke to him, busy entering info into his computer.

Liked: Lovely room with all facilities. Location particularly good - a little away from the city centre but within comfortable walking distance. Located by a park so lots of green space. Warm welcome from staff.
Disliked: Loved it all.

Liked: The reception staff were a delight to deal with. They were professional and efficient. We were impressed with the prompt arrival of a taxi when we needed one. The hotel was quiet - traffic noise not a problem at night.
Disliked: Used the desk chair in the bedroom. The other two chairs had little lower back support. Same issue with the chairs and sofas in the lobby.

Liked: Location and staff were fantastic. Food and service at restaurant and bar were amazing
Disliked: No refrigerator as advertised, we’re advised on site it was a medication fridge only, so not cold enough. Had to throw away cold food snacks and drinks. Very disappointed. Bed was slightly inf comfortable due to sides feeling like they were collapsing (rolling off), other than that was great.
