Superb

Liked: The service was excellent. The bed very comfortable and cosy.The actual room was worn out. Needed a fresh paint, new carpet and the desk a more modern colour.The shower didn't always have good pressure, but it was ok.View was fabulous. I could see there was work happening, so expect an renovated accommodation next time. Maybe double glazing?Buffet breakfast was brilliant, plenty of variety.

Liked: The location is good very convenient
Disliked: Shower water is very slow and limited, we barely wipe it around our body it’s not a shower it’s just able to get yourself wet! Which is the worst shower I ever had in a hotel

Great location needs an upgrade

Disliked: Noisey the walls are very thin. A couple were yelling at each other at 5:45am. I was on the bottom level and the road noise was loud

Amazing location

Liked: View and location is perfect! Bus stop is right at the front.
Disliked: Rooms are a little outdated however they are renovating

Relaxing, beautiful location with amazing...

Liked: Always a pleasure to stay, this is our second visit to Queenstown and the hotel is comfortable, warm and cosy. Staff are exceptional
Disliked: The hot water wasn’t working properly in our room but when we raised it we were moved to another room

Bad expience overall.

Liked: Maybe its location but that's it!
Disliked: - Not a clean property at all- Old and rusty feeling - No free parking - Paid parking is not monitored so had to go to the reception everytime the parking door wasn't auto-openning (which happened couple of times)- Even after our request of considering elderly parents, the two rooms were given too far away from each other.
