Great vibe, lovely staff, great...

Liked: Very cute vibe - fun atmosphere! Great location.
Disliked: While I hadn’t booked breakfast in my original booking, some the signage implied that breakfast was free, so that was a little confusing. Also the shower/bathroom setup was a little awkward but that is very nitpicky.

Liked: Great location near Waterloo. Cute street with cafes, bars etc. Really lovely, helpful welcoming staff, especially Chiara, who looked after us so well. Good continental breakfast serviced by Marcelo and Roma who were very pleasant and friendly.Room was spotless and bed, towels etc were good quality. The sound proofing was amazing for central London, we couldn’t hear anything from the street below and we slept really well.
Disliked: Don’t like having to go to central place to make tea/coffee as no kettle etc in the rooms.

Liked: Great vibe and location. Unique style. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Shower stall is a little awkward.

Liked: Easy to be there. Attractive decor. Not too many floors or corridors. Sound proof. AC not noisy.nice location.
Disliked: Was a little difficult to adjust lighting and heating fan.

Great base for a capital...

Liked: Lower Marsh is a buzzy location (daily streetfood and craft market, bars and restaurants, outdoor living) just south of Waterloo station with its own feeling of community but really well-located for West End, South Bank and public transport access. The hotel staff were unfailingly, friendly, helpful and upbeat. Room was very comfortable. Bar and public
Disliked: London summer hotel prices take a bit of swallowing . The hotel needs to claim some of the outdoor street space for itself.

Liked: The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The hotel was fab, really clean, comfortable bed and great shower! 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station, which was ideal. Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: No kettle in the room was a surprise but quickly realised there was a tea point on each floor so it wasn't the disaster I thought it might be as I like my cuppa in the morning!

Liked: It was a great location for the tube, clean and quirky. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and look forward to visiting again

Liked: Modern building, quiet at night. Nice staff.
Disliked: Rooms are very small, even for London. There are literally no place to put anything, no desks, one flimsy chair, a cupboard with couple of hangers. Good enough for a night or two but definitely not for longer (especially as the rooms are not serviced every day). The bathroom is translucent and suitable for solo trip but I wouldn't imagine it would work for couples.
