Fabulous stay!

Liked: I loved the whole atmosphere of the hotel and the awesome surroundings. It's incredibly convenient to Waterloo and we met lovely people in the hotel. I was disappointed that I wasn't informed about the later checkout times or indeed offered the free cocktail which was available apparently.
Disliked: That we didn't get to have tea in our rooms despite the communal area being spectacular.A bit more colour is needed as it's a bit of a shock to the system as you walk into the bedrooms and theyre white and very minimalist.....and it's gloriously colourful elsewhere in the hotel...
