Royalton New York

This hotel is in the perfect location - very close to all of the action, but quiet enough to feel like you've gotten away. The check in process was quick and easy and when speaking to the staff, we casually mentioned that we were in NYC for one night to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Later that evening, we returned to our room to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, compliments of Xander and the Royal! What a lovely, considerate, and unexpected surprise. Next time we stay in NY, we will most definitely be staying at the Royal!

Disliked: The bath was old, not modern and the AC was so loud

Liked: Had an amazing stay at Royalton, New York. The Junior Suite was stylish, spotless, and super comfortable. Service was flawless — from the bellman to the front desk, everyone was warm and professional. Effortless luxury in the heart of the city. Highly recommend if you are looking for gorgeous and smooth NYC experience.

Excellent location and large comfortable...

Liked: The property was well located, easy walk to Times Square, subway and central station. The room was very large room compared to most in New York. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. There was a mini fridge, iron etc and a decent bathroom. The bed was comfy too
Disliked: The air con was very efficient, but noisy, which dod affect our sleep. However, couldn’t have slept without the AC as was very hot.
