Steps, steps and more steps!

Liked: Hotel manager Sophie was a pleasure and was very helpful, European receptionist who did not display her name was patronising when I attempted to explain we had a problem. Great location on the prom but that did mean it came with the noise late at night.
Disliked: "Lift to all floors" is totally inaccurate and there are many many steps all around the property. Breakfast was chaos and not particularly of good quality. The dining room appeared to be a challenge as to how many people could be quashed in at one time. Covid hasn't gone away and even if you wanted to distance yourself there was no chance of it happening. Car park 10 per night and something that you see on a crime scene drama -very poorly lit and littered with glass bottles and drug paraphernalia- felt very unsafe. No curtains only blinds on bedroom window which resulted in the room being illuminated by the blue building uplights- I wanted to see the illuminations not sleep in them! No hand rail in bar area steps which resulted in one individual having to be assisted and another one falling.

Me and my family really...

Liked: Location was brilliant! Breakfast wasn?t the best as there?s not a huge amount of selection on the cooked breakfast but cereal, yogurts etc. There was a good selection. Room was a good size the only down side was that it didn?t have a bath and my autistic daughter doesn?t like showers but everything else was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn?t like as such it was clean, comfortable, lovely friendly staff, brilliant location the only bad thing I have to say is that our room didn?t have a bath.. if I had asked or mentioned it then I?m confident the staff would have done everything they could to help.

Good Holiday

Liked: Breakfast was first class food was lovely. Location of hotel is perfect very central for all amenities
Disliked: Lifts are very small & claustrophobic only 2 people in at one time not good especially when there are about 40 stairs to climb to reach 3rd floor to get to your room esp when partner in 70s ....
