Disliked: No elevator. Room too small and congested without window. Limited facilities not handicap friendly. Limited amenities

Unfortunately a place I will...

Liked: Only the receptionist that was working in the afternoon, she was really friendly and trying to help
Disliked: The room isn’t like what is displayed in here, furniture is little bit old and the room is a living lava, the fan doesn’t help at all. And no left so we had to go 3 floors with our luggage!

Clean (non air conditioned) room,...

Liked: The Staff - Super friendly and general cleanliness.
Disliked: Reception area could do with an uplift, and the facility’s available in the reception need fixing (vending machines, or sufficient stock in the fridge)
