Liked: The hotel’s location is great, there’s a main street with everything you need near by and an underground station
Disliked: The lady at the reception didn’t bother to hide her political views when we told her where we came from. The room is quite small and old but okay for the price.

Good Location and friendly reception...

Liked: The reception person (Suresh) were excellent and with helping mentality. Location and accessibility is really good.
Disliked: Very congested room and bathroom. Horrible soundproof. Paid just 85 pounds at previous day stay in a 5* hotel (Britania) at canary wharf but here paid 120 pounds for a night stay and it was disappointing

Amazing staff and clean

Liked: The staff was amazing and helpful.
Disliked: We had a room that was a little small for us, but we only used the room for sleeping and went out a lot so it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Disliked: Very dirty, window was broken, toilet was badly attached to the wall. The carpets were grotesque.
