Liked: Good size room, handy kitchen, daily cleaning and nice new bathroom.
Disliked: Would've been nice to have common outdoor space on hot London days, especially as our room had no windows, which was fine, like being internal cabin on cruise ship, but nowhere to sit outside.

Liked: I had a fantastic experience staying at NOX Hotel Hyde Park and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and well-kept the hotel was. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made it really easy to settle in and feel at home.One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s incredibly convenient, just a short walk from several Underground stations, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s right near Hyde Park, which was perfect for morning walks and a bit of calm in the midst of a busy trip.What truly stood out, though, was the service—especially from Sheri at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing: warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was giving directions, offering tips for local dining, or just checking in to see if everything was alright, her hospitality made a real difference in my stay. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome, and Sheri definitely has that touch.Overall, NOX Hotel Hyde Park offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and a high standard of service. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in London!

Great location, amazing friendly staff,...

Liked: Great location, amazing staff, super super friendly and welcoming lady at reception who accommodated our bags and always greeted us with manners.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were woken up at really early hours of the morning due to construction going on for 2 hours right outside our window. We wasn’t given a heads up about this and if we did know we would’ve booked elsewhere regardless of the good price and location, the noise was absurd and nonstop. Really impacted our stay.

The location is great, but...

Liked: The room was clean, and the location was perfect for our visit to BST at Hyde Park.
Disliked: The room itself was incredibly small and lacked any kind of professional finish. The bathroom, in particular, felt like an afterthought, the tiling and fittings looked rushed and careless, as if done with eyes closed. The shower was so cramped I could barely turn around, and I'm an average 5ft 8in. If you're any taller or broader, I'd seriously recommend looking elsewhere.Mirrors and amenities were poorly positioned, and the television had virtually no signal, 99% of the channels didn’t work. The coffee provided was of poor quality, and both the kettle and coffee machine were placed in such awkward, cramped positions that they felt almost hazardous to use.
