Good

Liked: The staff were friendly and the location was perfect.
Disliked: The hotel is a little outdated. The bathrooms certainly need modernization. The bath is awkward to stand in while showering, especially for older people.

A royal experience

Liked: This is a grand old hotel with timeless decor. My room was very quiet and had a view of the sea. It was spacious including a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good with friendly personnel. The location is close to the BIC, the beachfront, the gardens, town centre and restaurants. There was ample parking available when I arrived.
Disliked: The only minor dislike was the thin curtains in the bathroom. I think with lights on they would be see-through, although on the 3rd floor probably not visible to the street.

I had a fantastic time...

Liked: Hotel perfect, interior decoration perfect, room service on point , staff very lovely
Disliked: Their WiFi is really slow but overall everything was perfect
