Liked: Everything from the perfect location to the rooms & the staff. Absolutely lovely stay. 3rd time I've stayed here now & will definitely be coming back.

Depressing stay

Liked: Price cheap on Sunday night but certainly wouldn’t pay usual rate Room stuffy and in the attic but fan was provided
Disliked: No walk in shower nor possible to upgrade or switch rooms to one Wi fi dropped out every few seconds Receptionist was very dismissive Pillows were feather and no non allergenic ones available Gentleman in wheelchair up in attic room was unable to open fire door to access lift No management available all seemed very tired decor and very uncaring and unwelcoming Parking was chargeable which should be free

Disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was absolutely fine
Disliked: Pity about the loud music on Friday and Saturday evening- I only slept for 3 hours and 5 hours respectively.Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel. The shame is that the musical venue is so inappropriate for the hotel position and clientele. The younger generation seem to dictate the way hotels should be run. However at least they prepare visitors for a noisy stay.
