We had to find other...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: My friend arrived at the Heathrow Lodge a little before 5:00 PM on Friday the 19th but there was no one there to let us in or give us the code. We had no other alternative but to find other accommodation. We didn't receive a message from the Lodge until several hours later. I believe we are entitled to a full refund.

Liked: It was a great price, location and very clean! Staff as great. I would come back.
Disliked: Room and beds were small but it it is London and we were expecting that.
