Liked: The location was really good, staff were friendly & the breakfast was good value for money. However, the standard of cleaning in the rooms not so. Our room had ants inside!
Disliked: The fact the room had ants inside and the state of the rooms for value of money was disgusting.

Liked: The hotel location was good, and there were good transportation options and good restaurants close by.
Disliked: London was very warm for a couple of days while we were there and the room did not have air conditioning. The bathroom was very small.

Disliked: Only one lift that services the 5th floor.Room was worn out.The bed was only 180cm long, which might be an issue for taller people.

Disliked: The room size is very small. Other than a single bed there is hardly space left for luggage or anything else. Bathroom is tiny as well. One cannot wash face because the sink is very small and above that is a shelve. It makes this impossible to wash your face
