The website indicated that breakfast was included. When the booking was made breakfast was excluded. The reception staff was going to query this and get back to us - she never did.

Liked: Comfortable room; clean; good views.

Disliked: Renovation Scaffolding all around the front No restaurants as advertised Asked for the room to be changed as the view from the window was roofs & very dated Changed our room to a better 1 the following morning at 9am so that was also available the day before when I first asked on arrival Staff were very good & helpful

Liked: Location, hotel is old but lots of history
Disliked: Felt a little compromised the lock didn't work on the door, and we were right in front of the stairs, needs a lock of paint bathroom panel and ceiling.
