The website indicated that breakfast was included. When the booking was made breakfast was excluded. The reception staff was going to query this and get back to us - she never did.

Liked: Comfortable room; clean; good views.

Liked: Nice location and lovely room. Close to amenities & beach.
Disliked: Never checked us in which resulted in confusion from a booking.com message despite indeed checking in and staying, staff were unhelpful with this and around breakfast information.

Disliked: Over all was just way too warm and only a small fan in room , cold water was more cool than cold ! Shampoo dispensed on wall in shower coils have been better positioned

Liked: The location is good and the room was clean and quite spacious.
Disliked: The hotel is beyond tired and is very depressing in all of the common areas. The bathroom was decorated like my grandma's in the 1980s. For 130 pounds for a night for a twin room in Southport, there must be better options.

It was our wedding anniversary...
