The website indicated that breakfast was included. When the booking was made breakfast was excluded. The reception staff was going to query this and get back to us - she never did.

Liked: Great location, we came up for a football game, sadly the game wasn't as good as the hotel. Although you can obvs tell that it's an older building. It was clean and comfortable

Liked: The decor is dated but carries a lot of character, very clean and smelt lovely, breakfast was very nice too.
Disliked: As the front of the property is under construction and need of a good paint, otherwise all good

Disliked: Rubbish views from breakfast room, limited but expensive breakfast, hotel very tired and tatty, room very dated and hot

Disgraceful - rip off

Disliked: - No parking - when booked for private parking- Roof tiles falling off roof and on to a parked Mercedes-No hot water in first room- Emergency light in first room too bright causing limited sleep- The bathrooms were dirty- Hotel is in disrepair

About meets the expectations of...

Liked: It was bed only no breakfast...Great location.
Disliked: Parking was poor and very tight spaces! Very thin walls could hear what a couple was doing next door!

Disliked: I wasn't made aware anywhere online when booking of the £25, pet charges and I came with pet and one family member. we had a another guest in the room next door did nothing but complain! about the dog whenever we went out to shops. or venues that are not pet friendlyOtherwise the hotel and everything else was.
