Liked: Convenient close to trian station
Disliked: That there was no restaurant /breakfast facilities, no bar in house, felt that the room should have had a mini fridge to keep drinks /milk cold

Great location - good for...

Liked: Great location for our needs - 5 minutes walk from Paddington station . We came up from Gloucestershire for a concert at Wembley and stayed overnight ready for the return journey the next day
Disliked: Smelly drains in shower room . Noisy plumbing from other rooms .

Not the best in decor,...

Liked: Close to station with everything you need,
Disliked: Staff were fab, shower was perfect, beds comfy.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Been given an underground room with the window right next to their laundry room, very loud door banging noises from 7am, kids and i barely slept after that, wifi not working, no phone signal or data mobile due to being underground, bedding had some hairs on it, good thing we only stayed one night.

Liked: The location was good and the large window in the room provided good light. Wifi was good. 24 hour reception and luggage storage was also helpful
Disliked: The room was not air conditioned. Our fault for not being more conscientious reading the listing. Our couple of very hot summer nights were quite uncomfortable but we were able to request a second fan.
