Very good

Liked: Pleasant staff, room was suitable for our needs, location was good.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too firm for us. Didn't love the big overhead shower head. But nothing major. Generally very good.

Disliked: It was very hot in my room and not ventilation at all, also WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t use my data either as it was in the lower floor so it was very struggle night

Liked: Location and my room was surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: Reception staff could have spoken to me on check in and check out!Brown rats outside the hotel.Small room very warm. Tea/coffee etc but no litter bin
