Liked: Location was close to Paddington Station. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Very noisy constant bathrooom extractor fan and loud dripping leaking tap made sleep difficult.

Liked: Clean, warm, good location, tea pot in the room.
Disliked: Very weak wi-fi, cleaning lady walking in despite the sign don’t disturb.

Disliked: The rooms were to small and the bathrooms, the beds had wheels which moved even during the night , the room above 206 were very nosey right up until midnight , the staff could have been a bit more pleasant did not even speak to us when we where leaving

Liked: The staff were very helpful in relocating me to a room in the basement because I had been assigned a room on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of commission. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but I felt a bit claustrophobic because the window opened to a less than enchanting view. The bathroom is very, very small. The TV reception was very quirky and kept losing signal. I had to request the front desk to bring me a hairdryer even though the room info stated that the room would be equipped with one.When I left the next morning the elevator had been repaired and was in use.This is a budget hotel and it was overall good value for money.

Disliked: Dirty walls, curtains, skirting boards and shower very grotty. Also stained bed runner. Room very small.
