Good but let down by...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Buffet breakfast was poor, coffee machine had no milk so milky machine coffee options not available. Breakfast was very run down with replenishment slow. Lack of understanding from staff, suggesting I hadn’t mentioned on check-in that I would want a latte/cappuccino with breakfast!

Disliked: The staff was moderately sharp or rude. Many corridors had empty water bottles or smelt the bath wasn't cleaned properly and we even had to change our room due to miss sold on website. Didn use pool due to what reviews said and we almost ended up being in an investigated no windows open and myself partly clostrofobic and anxiety amd my partner

Liked: Location to the Beach and town centre was fantastic
Disliked: The room size was a little small and with lack of ventilation during a heat wave. Was very hot in teh room but a fan was provided.

First impressions

Liked: After talking to the person at the front desk for a while explaining my situation about being uncomfortable in the assigned room . He then decided to change my room. The staff was lovely and the location is the best.
Disliked: My first visit to Royal Bath I was first given a room that I could not breathe properly in. Got panic and was uncomfortable.
