Liked: Lovely spot, like being out in the sticks but with great facilities and only 10 mins from Rawtenstall town centre. Service spot on, nice grounds, and the pod was great. Highly recommend!

Nice location but poor cleanliness...

Liked: Lovely location and staff were friendly. Room had plenty of space for 2+1.
Disliked: Sofa bed mattress was old and stained. No covers for 1st night for our son so had to sleep on a dirty bed. Shop / breakfast was closed for 2 days due to lack of staff. No milk provided for tea / coffee making so black only. Toilet brush covered in toilet tissue. Kitchen only basic and nothing available on site as was closed most of the time.
