Liked: Loved how helpful the staff was. Early check in after a red eye flight was so crucial. Incredible service throughout, from every staff member we encountered.
Disliked: It was perfect. I'd love it if Scarfes opened earlier.

Liked: Walking distance from the bus and underground stations.Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby.Quiet, clean and spatious rooms.Very friendly and welcoming staff.Excellent breakfast and spectacular afternoon tea. Make sure you are hungry when you go for the afternoon tea because there is plenty to eat

Liked: I love the hotel, the building the vibes, location. And it’s my second time here.
Disliked: I want to share my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. While the staff were friendly initially, my experience took a negative turn when I booked a show through the concierge. I was shocked to find an unexpected markup “way higher price than the theater website” and an additional Service charge “ which i was fine with before knowing the actual show ticket price”.Also they requested €25 service charge per night for each room, which was never mentioned at check-in.When I raised my concerns, I was told this charge was "optional," but it certainly didn’t feel that way. Such practices are not what I expect from a five-star hotel. I can no longer recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
