Had a fantastic time and...

Liked: Location, infrastructure, furnishings and comfort. The hotel was impeccable in all these areas. The staff was quite helpful and we had a lovely stay. The room and amenities were very satisfying as well and overall justified the price.
Disliked: The in room dining options, quality of food delivered and the extra amounts charged for bringing food to the room all left us feeling disappointed. After paying a premium price for food and paying additional charges just for bringing the tray to the room (something i’ve never seen in any other top hotel chain), one would expect the food to be hot and high quality. Also, there was no buffet breakfast and the options on the breakfast menu were fairly limited. If a guest is a vegetarian or allergic to egg, they’d have a terribly hard time finding stuff to eat.
