Perfect stay in a great...

Liked: location perfect - 2 mins walk to the underground (Piccadilly Line) so it was an easy to get to/from airports and trains(we flew into Heathrow Terminal 5). We had a family room which was spacious and lovely touches for our 6 year old granddaughter who was with us. There was a lovely little bed, cuddly toy, activity pack, child toiletries, child’s dressing gown and slippers. we had a meal at the Holborn Restaurant and that was first class. We’ve stayed at the Shangri-la at the Shard and the Corinthia previously but this hotel was more child friendly for us.
Disliked: Could do with a pool but we were so busy that getting back to the room to chill was perfect. Also - lobby would be a nice place for tea/coffee and drinks but you need to go to the bar or restaurant. Bar doesn’t accept children after 6 but you can use the bar area in the restaurant.
